As the control core complete linear and torque direct-drive equipment, servo drivers hardware stability and matching degree of control algorithms directly determine equipment positioning accuracy and long-term operational safety. With years of specialization in supporting control systems for direct-drive products, SMARTWIN Intelligent Equipment develops all hardware and software independently and launched the full-series AKS servo drives, divided into low-voltage and high-voltage product lines. Current specifications range from 4.5Arms to 50 Arms. The drives are compatible with our own coreless and double-sided iron-core linear motors, as well as various torque motors including DBM frameless torque motors, DH modular torque motors and DDA outer rotor torque motors, forming a complete domestic motion control solution integrating motors, drives and encoders.

Tailored to the operating characteristics of direct-drive equipment, our R&D team has specially optimized underlying control algorithms and enhanced core functions including cogging force compensation, dynamic feedforward, and multi-axis gantry synchronization. Featuring fast current loop response, the system delivers minimal speed fluctuation during high-speed reciprocation and frequent start-stop cycles, while consistently maintaining micron-level repetitive positioning accuracy. The drive integrates automatic inertia identification and one-click three-loop parameter auto-tuning. Paired with dedicated commissioning software, technicians are freed from repetitive manual rigidity tuning. Direct PC connection to the drive enables real-time monitoring of operating metrics such as position, current and temperature, drastically shortening overall equipment commissioning time — an ideal advantage for small and medium machinery manufacturers.

Boasting broad compatibility with mainstream industrial interface and feedback standards, the drive supports seamless switching between multiple control modes including pulse and EtherCAT, and connects smoothly with all mainstream domestic PLCs. Its feedback ports accommodate encoder protocols such as ABZ, EnDat, BiSS-C and Tamagawa. It can be directly matched with SMARTWIN SH/SA optical linear encoders, CH/CA magnetic encoders and SAR rotary encoders without extra adapter modules, lowering signal interference caused by on-site wiring. With a compact, miniaturized chassis design, multiple drives can be densely mounted without occupying excessive cabinet space, perfectly suiting the electrical cabinet layout of compact precision machinery.

Safety protection stands as a prominent practical advantage of AKS servo drives. The full series is standardly equipped with hardware STO (Safety Torque Off), together with multi-layer protection logic including dynamic braking and runaway prevention. In cases of emergency stop or sudden power failure, the drive rapidly locks the motor output torque to prevent workpiece collision and mechanical impact, effectively reducing defective products for lithium battery stacking, laser cutting and photovoltaic welding equipment. Build-in hardware enables real-time detection of overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, motor overtemperature and encoder wire breakage. The drive triggers alarm and stops operation immediately upon abnormality to safeguard motors and the complete mechanical structure. Certified with CE and RoHS, every unit undergoes full-load aging and high-low temperature cycling tests before delivery, adapting to harsh workshops conditions with dust and drastic temperature fluctuations. All supporting direct-drive components are independently manufactured in-house to guarantee stable lead times. Engineers at local service outlets provide on-site support for electrical commissioning and fault troubleshooting.
