The complete linear motor module adopts a contactless direct-drive transmission structure, eliminating intermediate transmission mechanisms such as ball screws and timing belts. Equipped with a built-in high-precision linear scale feedback system and paired with SMARTWIN AKS servo drives, the module realized full closed-loop triple-loop control with real-time dynamic error compensation, delivering micron-level repeat positioning accuracy. It satisfies dual requirements of high-speed dynamic response and micron-precision positioning. Various models cover light-load precision stations and medium-load long-distance cross-station conveying scenarios, supporting multiple working procedures including precision inspection, assembly and full-line material transportation.

The semi-closed sheet metal protective structure balances lightweight design and dust-proof performance. Suitable for semi-clean workshops and mass-production sites with minor dust and debris, it reduces abrasion on guide rails, movers and stators to extend the service life of the module. Featuring an exclusive external centralized lubrication fitting, rail maintenance can be performed without disassembling the protective housing, drastically cutting daily maintenance downtime and boosting overall line OEE. In addition, optimized friction pair material formulation enables low-noise operation and minimal dust generation, catering to scenarios with basic cleanliness requirements such as precision inspection and optical processing.

Before delivery, every module undergoes guide rail parallelism calibration, mover straightness correction and extended run-in testing, delivering consistent precision across all units. Upon arrival, users only need to fix the base and complete wiring & commissioning, drastically cutting mechanical assembly and electrical control debugging workload for equipment manufacturers. The complete module features native compatibility with SMARTWIN’ s full lineup of encoders and servo drives, supporting EtherCAT real-time bus communication.
