SH, CH and SHR incremental encoders deliver cost-effective continuous positioning and feed back real-time motion positives via pulse counting, ideal for standardized machinery engaged in uninterrupted mass production of single-type workpieces. The SH04 optical incremental grating boasts ultra-high resolution and is deployed on high-speed linear platforms for laser  precision cutting and semiconductor chip packing. The contamination-resistant and wear-proof CH22 magnetic incremental encoder fits dusty and oily stations such as 3C dispensing and lithium battery electrode cutting. The SHR04 incremental circular grating matches standard rotary indexing tables, featuring generous mounting tolerance and straightforward commissioning. All three incremental models adopt ABZ differential signal output to counteract electromagnetic interference generated by workshop servos and inverters. With compact construction and easy assembly/disassembly, they are a cost-efficient choice for standardized automation equipment seeking lower overall machine expenses.

SA,CA and SAR absolute encoders serve as core supporting components for flexible intelligent production lines. Equipped with multi-turn position storage chips, they fully retain absolute coordinates after power failure, eliminating the need for homing upon equipment restart. This effectively reduces changeover standby time during mixed production of multi-specification workpieces, suiting intelligent production modes featuring resume-from-break-point operation and multi-process linkage. The SA32 absolute optical grating delivers ultra-high resolution of 0.05um together with the high-speed EnDat2.2 bus, meeting micro-level positioning requirements for wafer handling and optical inspection equipment. The CA26 absolute magnetic encoder withstands high temperature, dust and oil contamination, and realizes multi-axis synchronous linkage via the BiSS-C bus, making it suitable for heavy-load long-stroke production lines in lithium battery and photovoltaic industries. The SAR23 absolute circular grating supports maximum 25-bit high-resolution output, ideal for medical imaging rotary stages and optical precision indexing equipment . Within AI digital systems, absolute encoders continuously output complete position and speed data, providing consistent and reliable data sources for adaptive trajectory optimization and predicative equipment maintenance.
