Two-line technical layout covering multiple scenarios: SMARTWIN Intelligent Equipment provides one-stop encoder solutions to solve precision positioning and measurement challenges. As a professional domestic manufacturer independently developing and mass-producing encoders, SMARTWIN Intelligent Equipment has built two core technical routes: optical and magnetic. Combined with dedicated rotary circular grating products, our encoders fall into two major types: incremental series (SH/CH/SHR) and absolute series (SA/CA/SAR), fully satisfying position measurement demands of linear and rotary motion equipment. We offer matched solutions for three typical working conditions: clean precision workshops, mass production lines with dust and oil contamination, and rotary indexing tooling.

SH and SA optical encoders adopt high-precision scribing technology, targeting high-cleanliness and high-precision scenarios such as semiconductors, medical equipment and laser processing. The SH04 incremental optical encoder supports multiple resolution of 0.1um, 0.5um and supports the EnDat2.2 industrial communication protocol. It permanently retains position coordinates after power failure and eliminates homing requirements upon equipment restart, significantly reducing product changeover waiting time on precision production lines. All optical encoders feature internal sealed anti-contamination coating treatment, enabling long-term stable micron-level signal output in dust-free workshops.

For dusty and oil-contaminated working conditions including lithium battery production, 3C automation and digital printing, CH and CA magnetic encoders serve as the more suitable option. The CH22 incremental magnetic encoder features a resolution of 1um. Based on non-contact magnetic induction, a relatively large mounting gap is reserved between the readhead and magnetic strip, so minor dust and cutting oil will not interrupt signal transmission. The CA26 absolute magnetic encoder supports the BiSS-C protocol with negligible accuracy fluctuation across a wide temperature range, widely applied to lithium battery stacking equipment, photovoltaic wafer processing and heavy-duty long-travel machinery. For torque motors and rotary indexing tables, our matching SHR04 incremental circular gratings and SAR23 absolute circular gratings are available.

All encoder models share universal advantages including compact size, fast response speed, low temperature sensitivity, built-in LED fault indicator lights and easy assembly & disassembly. Their mechanical gap-free structure fundamentally eliminates accuracy degradation caused by wear during long-term operation. The complete encoder product line can be directly matched with SMARTWIN ’s AKS servo drives, linear motors and DH/DDA torque motors to form integrated motion control systems. Equipment manufacturers do not need to source extra adapters or matching accessories, lowering the difficulty of complete machine integration and commissioning. Every encoder undergoes high-low temperature, vibration and long-duration aging tests before delivery to guarantee stable quality.
