SMARTWIN Intelligent Equipment has years of experience in the R&D and production of linear drive components. We have launched integrated linear motor modules of LMS and BMS series. Each complete unit integrates linear mover & stator, high-precision linear guide rails, centralized lubrication system and encoder mounting reference into a finished assembly.Designed for automated stations requiring long-stroke high-speed motion, our standardized motion platforms are delivered ready for direct machine mounting. Equipment manufacturers no longer need to purchase motors, guides and other parts separately for self-assembly. This drastically shortens the cycle of mechanical design and precision calibration for complete machines.Our modules are widely adopted in precision 3C assembly, photovoltaic sorting, laser cutting, optical inspection and other automated equipment.

The BMS linear motor module boasts comprehensive hardware parameters applicable to diverse working scenarios. Its standard maximum stroke reaches 5788 mm, fully meeting long-distance transfer requirements for multi-process cross-station operations. With a maximum operating speed of 5 m/s and rapid acceleration/deceleration response, it perfectly matches high-takt continuous production lines. The continuous thrust ranges from 65 N to 3839 N. The module features outstanding overall rigidity, free from shaking or resonance during high-speed reciprocating movement, and consistently maintains micron-level positioning accuracy. Equipped with a semi-closed sheet metal housing, the module prevents workshop dust and debris from infiltrating internal guide rails and motors, without adding excessive self-weight. It facilitates compact layout design for automation equipment.

Every detail of the product is engineered with full consideration of workshop operating conditions and routine maintenance demands. Low-friction materials are adopted for internal sliding pairs to cut operating noise and minimize fine abrasive dust for internal sliding pairs, comply with usage standards for semi-clean processing workshops. An external centralized oil filler represents a user-friendly design of this module. No disassembly of the protective housing is required for daily maintenance; lubricant can be refilled directly through the external port, drastically shortening maintenance time and effectively extending the overall uptime of production lines. Standardized grating mounting seats are pre-reserved at factory delivery. The module can be directly matched with SMARTWIN SH and SA series optical linear encoders, combined with self-developed AKS servo drives, a close-loop control is established. Three-loop linkage compensation suppresses trajectory deviation introduce by high-speed motion.

Compared with separately assembly split linear motors, the integrated BMS modules undergo factory pre-calibration of guide parallelism and mover straightness, as well as long-duration no-load running-in. All precision indicators are fully inspected in-house. After receiving the goods, customers only need to fix the base and wire up the cables to start commissioning. SMARTWIN Intelligent Equipment implements a complete in-house quality control system. Every single module passes a 72-hour long-stroke reciprocating aging test, with controllable performance degradation under high-low temperature and vibration environments. Custom adjustments to windings and overall length are available to meet customer’s special stroke and thrust requirements. We support mass supply of standard products as well as small-batch non-standard customization, delivering mature and reliable domestic direct-drive for long-stroke automation equipment in China.
