The electromagnetic design of DBM frameless torque motors leverages finite element magnetic field simulation to optimize skewed magnet pole arrangement and dense winding layout. This fundamentally mitigates cogging effects and drastically suppresses low-speed torque ripple. When equipment operates under working conditions such as micro-angle fine-tuning and low-frequency reciprocating indexing, speed fluctuation is kept to a minimum, delivering smooth, jitter-free rotation that fully satisfies stringent demands including micro-angle wafer positioning, optical lens focusing adjustment, and high-precision angular rotation of medical equipment. In addition, high-density windings boost torque density. The motors deliver outstanding torque output under identical radial installation dimensions, balancing high-speed operation with dynamic performance of instantaneous high acceleration and deceleration. They can keep pace with production rhythms featuring rapid product changeovers and high-frequency station switching on flexible production lines. Electrically, the entire series adopts standard high-voltage insulated windings with ample insulation withstand voltage margin, enabling long-term compatibility with industrial high-voltage servo power supply systems.

The split frameless structure represents the core highlight of the DBM series. By eliminating the integrated housing, equipment manufacturers are allowed to independently design bearing seats, flange bases, protective casings and hollow inner bores according to their own equipment cavity space, hollow through-hole wiring requirements, workshop cleanliness classes and dust-proof & sealing standards, which greatly maximizes the freedom of mechanical structural design. Compared with housed DD motors that require reserved mounting space for complete units, the frameless solution minimizes the overall equipment footprint and truly integrates the motor into the mechanical structure of the complete machine. The rigid direct-drive connection to the load completely eliminates backlash, elastic hysteresis and long-term wear-induced precision drift caused by reducers and timing belt transmission. Load following performance is drastically improved. In addition, regular replacement and lubrication maintenance of transmission components are no longer required, effectively cutting the full-lifecycle operation and maintenance costs of equipment.
