Robot Function Enhancement: Successfully improved the robot flip function software and applied it in the wafer bonding process; realized dual-air-channel functionality and dual-mapping signal processing.
Customized Solution Delivery: To meet customers’ special requirements, the company successfully developed an integrated moving axis and Bernoulli handling method, designed an independent control module, and delivered to well-known end customers.
Product Line Improvement: Successfully designed and delivered the SDH130 motor for cleaning applications and mobile buffer products; completed assembly and delivery of marble platforms for the panel industry; and achieved remarkable progress in the independent R&D of edge finders.
